[Xine-vdpau] xine-vdpau can't handle my muxes

I've been having lots of trouble with xine-vdpau and I've finally
figured out its the muxing in my video files.  I remux DVDs with vlc
and Blu-Rays with eac3to+tsmuxer via wine.  The resultant .mpg files
work perfectly with mplayer-vdpau and xine via xv, but xine-vpdau will
not play them.  I've had varying degrees of success remuxing these
files with ffmpeg, mencoder, and mkvmerge, but nothing satisfactory.
I'd like to submit samples of my DVD and Blu-Ray remuxes so the
xine-vdpau demuxing can be fixed.  Would that be alright?

Alternatively or complimentarily, would you recommend a reliable
remuxing method that works with xine-vdpau?
