[Xine-vdpau] patches to fix manual aspect selection etc

Hi

Attached are two patches to video_out_vdpau.c.

video_out_vdpau.c-aspect.diff adds a valid return value for get_props when 
VO_PROP_ASPECT_RATIO is queried (ie when the 'a' key is toggled in xine-ui)

video_out_vdpau.c-set-num_frames.diff explicitly sets the 
engine.buffers.video_num_frames to 22, saving the end-user from having to fiddle 
about in the config file.
