[Xine-vdpau] Various problems with xine-vdpau

This sounds like the same problems I have with h264 videos.  vc1
doesn't play at all, mpeg plays fine, but all 3 codecs don't produce
sound.  All of my videos are Blu-Ray rips.  I uploaded samples a month
or 2 ago.
