[Xine-vdpau] Various problems with xine-vdpau

While now (with r270) it reproduces the clips, it doesn't work with
vdr-xine at all :-(
Even without the vdr-xine patches, if I try to switch from/to
fullscreen[*] or I try to use the gui it hangs. Oh, and the audio is
badly out of sync in the luxe tv clip.

[*]the bbc and the fashion tv clips only work if started --fullscreen,
while the luxe tv one seems to work even starting not fullscreen.

Update: disabling compositing in xorg.conf gets rid of these problems, 
however it still doesn't work at all with vdr.
