[Xine-vdpau] Various problems with xine-vdpau

Thanks, that did it, I can now watch bbchd (the only one I'm actually 
interested in), luxe tv and fashion tv hd, though I still have to 
disable compositing if I don't want the video to freeze for a few 
seconds from time to time.
Cpu usage according to top is between 11 and 15%.
For the record, my libx11 is 1.1.5
