Hi,
I can confirm the same problems with BBC HD at 28.2E.
I'm using a nVidia Corporation GeForce 8500 GT (rev a1) and an LCD
screen in 1280*1024 modus.
Don't know about other HD channels since BBC HD is the only live feed I have
access to at the moment. HD sample files do decode.
No problems with SD.
If it can be of any help, I put some screenshots of the colorshifting bars and a
captured stream online at http://www.poincare.be/BBCHD/
